Sales Engineer
ModelOp is seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team and customers. You will work closely with our sales representatives, prospects, and existing clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our products, and ensure successful adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of ModelOp’s solutions.
- Assist in the pre-sales process by answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and providing technical expertise.
- Work closely with customers during the evaluation and proof-of-concept phases, ensuring successful deployment and adoption. Lead hosted trials and engage on a near daily basis with prospective customers throughout duration of evaluation.
- Provide post-sales support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI regulation, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the software industry. Preferred 10+ years.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of data science, machine learning, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
