So earlier this week, Marc Benioff, the Salesforce CEO, launched Agentforce 2.0. Now why this is such a big deal is that it's bringing agent based AI to the Salesforce platform, which allows any Salesforce customer to create AI agents that are actually making decisions on behalf of the company.
Now why this, again, is a big deal is that thousands of customers have already started to look at using Agentforce to see how they can transform how they do customer service or boosting operational efficiency or streamlining decision making.
Salesforce themselves is using this Agentforce to handle the substantial amount of customer support tickets that they have, and they've already made claims that these AI agents have helped them to improve resolution rates from 63 to 82 percent just in the past couple of weeks. So this is exactly what we're talking about in terms of tangible business benefits that AI can drive because these agents are actually making decisions. It's not just a chatbot. It's not just summarizing things for you, but it's actually making decisions such as closing resolution tickets or helping to make decisions on your supply chain.
But with any of these AI capabilities, no matter how transformational they are, there are inherent risks associated.
There's financial risk, especially with these AI agents since they're making real decisions.
There's reputational risk. What happens if something goes wrong with those AI agents and you get your name in the paper with that brand exposure event that is negative?
There's security risks, regulatory risks, ethical fairness risks, etcetera.
So, again, a lot of power behind these AI agents, but there's also inherent risks. This is where ModelOp comes into play, where we provide a comprehensive AI Governance capability across all AI, including agent-based or agentic AI.
And we're extremely pleased to announce that ModelOp is a Salesforce partner and the first AI governance software that is integrated into the Salesforce Agentforce platform. So we allow these large enterprises to quickly capitalize on this opportunity to use Salesforce's Agentforce, but do so in a way that protects the organization from all those risks that I mentioned previously.
So if you're a large enterprise, a Salesforce customer, I implore you, please reach out to your teams to see what their plans are for using these Salesforce agents and make sure that you have the proper oversight and governance in place. Of course, feel free to reach out to me at any time if you wanna talk about, well, how does ModelOp help large customers handle those types of situations as we work with many financials, insurers, consumer packaged goods, etcetera, that even the most, I would say, conservative of enterprises are already looking at using Salesforce Agentforce. So the time is now. Don't let it get out of hand. Reach out. Thank you.
